I have since learned that the findings in this case were almost immediately over-turned by the higher courts. Apparently, it is ok for the banks to create $$$ out of nothing, loan it to us and keep us all forever in their debt paying interest back to them for giving us the "loan." It is our interest payments on those "loans" (creation of debt) making the bankers rich. Money IS debt and debt IS money today.
*Update: This case was almost immediately over-turned, making the creation of $$$ from nothing ok
